This physiological response is beyond our conscious control. One cannot halt a natural process. For instance, can you prevent your heart from beating rapidly when you are scared or angry? To prevent health issues in such scenarios, managing one’s emotions is crucial. Attempting to suppress the physiological symptoms without addressing the underlying causes would be counterproductive and potentially lead to organ failure over time.
Hbp itself is not the problem; rather, it is the lifestyle that contributes to it. Individuals should not be coerced into taking drugs without understanding the potential long-term effects, such as kidney failure, impotence, and brain disorders. Adopting a healthier lifestyle is key to preventing complications like stroke and kidney failure. Those who advise otherwise may not have your best interests at heart. I hope wise individuals are paying attention, as this message has been conveyed for eight years without much effect. Until personal crisis strikes, it seems many do not listen.
